
The project is being implemented in accordance with Bulgarian law and pursuant to European standards. All the work procedures and materials used correspond to European standards. The quality of the building materials and assembly components (windows, doors, sanitary installations, electricity distribution systems, etc.) comply with European norms. During construction, the developer reserves the right to change the type of certain products with regard to their manufacturer but not in terms of their quality or operability.
The Hermes Club Hotel & Apartments complex is connected to the local infrastructure - to roads and footpaths, the electricity network, water mains and the sewerage system. The premises will have telephone, Internet and cable TV connections. The Internet connection will be arranged via a local provider.
The footpaths on the premises will be paved. There will be fencing separating the complex from the surrounding streets. People will enter the complex via the reception desk, which will be open 24 hours a day. Each apartment owner will have a key to the main entrance and to their own flat.
The entrance building with a 24-hour reception desk will also provide the following services - catering in a restaurant, a bar, a terrace with a view of the sea, a children's club, babysitting services, animation programmes, a healthcare centre, security for the premises, room service and other services, which future apartment owners can order (laundry, ironing, arrangement of trips and excursions, purchasing of flight tickets, car and boat reservations).

Windows - plastic, five-paned white-coloured windows.
Entrance doors - aluminium, shatterproof glass.

In the event of a change in the price of a product or if it ceases to be supplied or produced, the developer Vantour Ltd. reserves the right to replace it with a similar product of the same price and quality, or to change the way in which the product was to be installed for an appropriate solution that is comparable in terms of its quality and operability.
Interior masonry, walls between apartments - brick walls, covered with plasterboard.
Interior masonry, partitions inside the apartment - plasterboard, sound insulation.
Interior plastering - abrasion resistant paint, white.
Windows, terrace and balcony doors - plastic, five-paned, white-coloured windows.
Glass - double-paned , (6 mm and 4 mm thick panes).
Interior window sills - laminated, rounded edges.
Exterior window sills - sheet metal in a colour according to the architectural design.
Entrance doors - smooth, solid, laminate finish, architrave doorframe.
Metal fittings of entrance doors - balls, handle - chrome, cylinder security lock, panoramic spy hole.
Interior doors - smooth, solid, single swing door, foil finish, architrave doorframe.
Apartment floors - ceramic slabs, price category of up to 20 euros per m2, ochre colours.
Sanitary ware - sink, toilet, acrylate bath, shower tub with screening partition, white colour (e.g. Ideal Standart).
Tiling - ceramic tiling, up to a height of 2 m in bathrooms, up to a height of 1.5 m in WCs, price category of up to 20 euro per m2.
Plumbing fittings - lever fittings or traditional fittings (e.g. Ideal Standart, Hasgrohe).
Water distribution systems - plastic distribution systems, separate water meter.
Water heating - water will be heated in the kitchen and the bathrooms by the apartment's own electric boiler.
Air-conditioning - not part of the standard offer. Preparatory work for air-conditioning - each apartment will have distribution systems for air-conditioning and the possibility of connecting air-conditioning units in each habitable room.
