Before purchase

We will provide you with detailed information on your future apartment. We will be happy to devote enough time to you so that you can make the right decision. We can arrange for you to visit the construction site and see the surrounding region. If you decide to buy the property, the amount paid for this visit will be deducted from the price of the apartment (see Travel to Tsarevo). We shall provide you with information of a legal nature or recommend a solicitors' office to you. We are ready to discuss things in detail with you once a reservation contract has been signed and the first instalment has been paid. Openness and sincerity shall be the two basic tenets of all our negotiations with each other.

During construction

Regular information is provided on how the construction is progressing.
We shall arrange for you to visit the construction site for bargain prices.

After completion

We shall arrange for the title deed to be signed before a notary public.
We can arrange for the apartment to be furnished according to the selected standard.
We shall look after the maintenance of the complex and of your apartment. You, your family and your friends can come to relax and we will take care of everything else:
- cleaning and maintenance of the communal areas of buildings
- cleaning and maintenance of the garden and the pool
- rubbish collection
- 24-hour security service
- cleaning and maintenance of the beach in front of the resort
- insurance

Services provided according to individual requirements
- cleaning of apartments (before your arrival, during your stay, after your departure)
- supplying and laundering bed linen and towels
- washing and cleaning clothes
- arranging one-way or return flight tickets from the Czech Republic and Bourgas for very advantageous terms and conditions
- catering service for your celebrations and festive occasions or even just a luxurious breakfast in bed
- transport to and from the airport

We will take care of ensuring that your bills are paid in time (electricity, rubbish collection, etc). We can arrange for your apartment to be leased out on the basis of individual contracts with the ALEXANDRIA travel agency. We can organise trips and excursions for you as well as car and boat rentals, etc.
