HERMES CLUB HOTEL & APARTMENTS is the organisation behind the apartments in Bulgaria, where construction has just begun. HERMES APARTMENTS - this project is totally in keeping with several current trends influencing modern second residences and second homes.
The project offers housing on the outskirts of an ancient port town within easy reach of the centre. The apartments have spacious rooms with terraces and balconies that have a view of the sea. The interiors and exteriors have been designed by a prestigious Bulgarian architect. All the most important things you need are right on the premises (e.g. a reception desk, a pool, a children's club, a sports ground, a restaurant and a café). There are also plenty of shops and other amenities nearby. Complete safety is guaranteed thanks to 24-hour security on the premises and there is also plenty of greenery in the form of a garden surrounding the buildings.
We based our concept for the project on the idea that the HERMES CLUB HOTEL & APARTMENTS could become a place where the whole family, including underage children, parents and grandparents, could spend their holidays together. The size of the apartments was adapted to ensure that this was possible. Most of them have an area of around 70 m2, which ensures that their occupants can be very comfortable.
HERMES APARTMENTS is offering 80 high-quality apartments of various sizes in two seven-storey buildings. There are 40 apartments in building A, which is near the sea, and there are 40 apartments in building B. The smallest flats are 49.7 m2. Most spacious are 148,22 m2. There are also eight small studio apartments in each building with an area of 27 m2. All the designs are by the architect Deniza Stoyanova, who is well known in Bulgaria primarily because of her successful designs for hotels and residences. Visitors can experience the project's originality and style right at the entrance to the public spaces and the non-stop reception desk, which serves the people using the apartments and their guests as well as guests of the hotel.
All civic amenities are either on the premises or in their immediate vicinity. It's no more than five minutes' walk to the centre of Tsarevo, where you can go for some shopping or entertainment. You are also only three minutes' away from the road linking Tsarevo and Bourgas.
Besides the sports facilities that can be used on the premises, there is also the sea itself, while the town of Tsarevo has tennis courts and other sports grounds. In addition to this, a green bio-corridor is being created in the area between the sea and both existing and new building developments. Along with the construction of HERMES APARTMENTS the four-star HOTEL CLUB HERMES is also being built.
