Vision

Our vision is to enable you to live by the sea in a beautiful location on the southernmost part of Bulgaria's Black Sea coast. For more than 16 years the Alexandria Group has been bringing thousands and thousands of tourists to this extremely clean seaside destination. We have already refurbished two hotels for this company. We now want to offer you something more in addition to hotel services. We would like to give you the chance to purchase your own second home by the sea.

We spent a long time thinking about the concept behind the entire project. We discussed a number of things over and over again and we made several modifications.

While looking for a suitable property, we took your interests into consideration - a site that was as close to the sea as possible in the given location with the best sunshine in a quiet place whilst also being near to a town. We chose a place where hotel and apartment buildings would fit in and also not interfere with each other. Our designers and planners worked intensively on deciding where the best position was for the buildings on the property and on deciding how to come up with sufficiently spacious and comfortable apartments.

After long and careful deliberations, we chose the town of Tsarevo, which is just an hour south of Bourgas. The town's representatives were given detailed information concerning our plans and, because they were also very interested in the project, they gave us the best available property.
