We can arrange for you to travel to see the properties or the building depending on the stage the construction is at. We will show you Tsarevo and introduce you to the surrounding area. If you like the property and its surroundings, you can sign a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee.
You may then choose your means of financing the purchase and the methods of payment within 30 days. Depending on your choice, you can then conclude a pre-contract agreement.
During construction, we shall keep you regularly informed of its progress.
After building work is completed, you will conclude an agreement before a notary public confirming that the ownership of the property (apartment) is being transferred to you.

You will also conclude a contract on the administration and maintenance of the property's communal areas. If you want, you may even conclude a contract regarding additional services, which you might like to avail of for your apartment.
